 Sunday evening March 28, 2010 from 9-10 p.m. "Depth Of Mercy"  will be appearing on Family-Life TV in Kittanning, PA  16201.  Family-life TV has cable and internet access.  To view the program go to the Family-Life TV web site www.familylifetv.com.  "Depth Of Mercy" will sing and be interviewed by David Croyle.

Below is a e-mail I received about the song I wrote,  "KEN" fisher of men.  This is a play list from a  radio station in the Netherlands.  There are a lot of artists and groups who you may know on this list.  "KEN" fisher of men is #5 in the rotation of the play list.

Depth Of Mercy is currently recording their first CD to be released Sept. 4, 2009 at Spruce Lake Retreat in Pennsylvania.
The new CD will feature all three singers with unique arrangements to some old favorites such as "Lord, Give Me Just A Little More Time, " Mansion Over The Hilltop sung a cappella, with Sandra Landis singing lead and "What A Friend We Have In Jesus", Bonita Ness singing lead, "The Change" featuring Bruce Burgess.
All the songs have a fresh new sound. The hardest part is picking out their favorites, because there are so many.

INTRODUCING,
"Depth of Mercy"
Bruce Burgess has been singing gospel music at many churches and concert events quite often for the past 3 years. He is also active on the Praise & Worship Team at Perkiomenville Mennonite Church. During this time, the Lord has been working in his life to help further his music ministry. He has a gift of hearing so much more in the music. He re-arranges all the songs to what is pleasing to his ears. He has written songs as well. One thing that Bruce had been praying for was to have a harmony singer join him. Little did he know he would find two, and they were right there in his church all along!
It all happened because of a song Bruce wanted to do for the We Care Benefit Concert, "Little Jimmy Brown". In the past, Sandy Landis had offered to sing harmony with Bruce if he needed someone, so he asked her! The song needs three parts, and they thought of Bonita Ness to join them. When they all sang together, it was just the sound that Bruce was looking for. So one song turned into a whole lot of songs, and they are just getting started! Each one of them helps to arrange the parts to make the song uniquely theirs.
The group's desire is for God to use their music to draw others into the Kingdom, and for everyone to enjoy their unique 3 Part Harmony accompanied by acoustic guitar. The music is uplifting, with a mixed blend of Southern Country Gospel. Sing along, and clap to the beat!
We thank God for blessing each one of us with supportive families at home, and at church.

Nov. 10th 2008. Bruce was interviewed by David Croyle of Family-Life TV. It was a wonderful time. Since Aug. of 2008, we have been busy working on a musice video titled "Ken". The song is one that Bruce wrote about a man named Ken whom Bruce became friends with at church. Ken is a happy soul who reaches out to many people with a genuine love of God. His love for God is contagious! This song and video gives you an insight into how to take your every day life and use it to reach people for God. Ken is truely a Fisher of Men!
